In the rough machining stage, it is necessary to ensure the qualification of the blank and strictly follow the requirements

 of the drawing for alignment, clamping, and processing.

During precision machining, it is necessary to control the deviation of the clamping horizontal plane to ensure the machining

 accuracy and surface quality of the sealing surface.


3、 Quality control

During the processing, it is necessary to regularly check the equipment status and tool wear, and adjust and replace them in 

a timely manner.

Strictly control processing parameters such as feed rate, speed, etc. to ensure machining accuracy and surface quality.

After processing, strict quality inspection should be carried out, including dimension measurement, surface smoothness inspection, etc.


4、 Safety and Protection

Strictly follow the operating procedures of lathes, drilling machines and other equipment to ensure the safety of operators.

When cutting brittle metals or materials that are prone to splashing, protective barriers should be added and operators should 

wear protective goggles.

Choose appropriate rust proof oil or rust inhibitor for surface rust prevention treatment to ensure the rust prevention performance 

of the flange during storage and transportation.

Choose packaging materials that are highly compatible with rust proof oil or rust inhibitors to avoid corrosion of the flange by the

 packaging materials.
